When is the birth of homeownership and real estate?

For almost half of the history of humans, our ancestors travelled with the four-legged food supplies in their respective areas. They left traces of their lives—a painting, some stone axes, odd carved trinkets in the belly of a saber-toothed tiger, etc.

They were the hunters-gatherers, during the period 30,000 B.C. to 15,000 B.C. Some still survive in our society, but soon, these transformed to today’s agrarian society–a transition that also gave birth to home ownership that we have today.
